Nike VR Pro Combo CB used by pros

A look at the Nike VR Pro Combo irons used by pros.  Using a linear CG-mapping process allowed Nike engineers to create irons designed to achieve the same peak height throughout the set, yet with a higher apex than last year’s VR Pro Combo set.

That is a lot of golf technology talk, but in terms we can all get and appreciate, it basically means what they have done is make short irons more forgiving and beefed up the sole width to help club appeal to more players.

These clubs are definitely not for the beginner but are geared towards mid to low handicap golfers.  Some of the users comments:

Nike hit this one pure.  These irons look and feel like they are supposed to.

Some of the other complaints came from the amount of grooves on the face of the club and also these irons are only available for righties.
