Tiger Woods and 11-year-old son Charlie to team up against golf’s big names at PNC Championship

PNC Championship reported last Thursday that fifteenth-time major champion Tiger Woods is playing with his 11-year-old son Charlie. Will the duo win the father-son event? Expectations are high.

Tiger Woods immediately shared his excitement“I can’t tell you how excited I am to be playing with Charlie in our first official tournament together. It’s been great watching him progress as a junior golfer, and it will be incredible playing as a team together in the PNC Championship.”

Other big names joining in PNC Championship are John Daly, Greg Norman, Nick Price, Lee Trevino, and Gary Player. Justin Thomas will team up with his father, Mike Thomas.

The father-son event championship will start rolling on December 19 to 20 at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club Orlando in central Florida. The format will include a 20-team field on a 36-hole scramble format. The game will air on NBC.
