Tommy Fleetwood is just 26-years old and he just made history. Fleetwood now holds the Carnoustie Course record after he posted a 63 today at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship.
He is now tied with Tyrrell Hatton at 11 under. The event goes through Sunday, October 8th and will finish at St. Andrews.

The Open tweeted out awesome clips of Tommy Fleetwood talking to reporters before and after he broke the course record. It’s pretty funny to hear him pay respect to the notoriously difficult course in the morning and then cheerfully react to making history after he finished.

Fleetwood will be competing in his first ever Open Championship in 2018. Is it too early to jump on the hype train? Regardless, congratulations, Tommy, on such a historical achievement so early on in your career!
