Paul McGinley: “Rory McIlroy Has Mental Issues”

Rory McIlroy has not won this year and has struggled to put together four complete rounds of golf. There are now shouts that McIlroy’s biggest issues are mental after former Ryder Cup Captain Paul McGinley’s statements on Monday.
