Call Bubba Watson whatever you want, but don’t call him uninformed.
With all the news and tragic events coming out of South Carolina, there has been a call for the Confederate flag to be removed from government buildings, Wal-Mart — everywhere. Even NASCAR is trying to disassociate.
Heck, even the “Dukes of Hazzard” has been pulled from TVLand due to the flag on top of those Duke boys’ car.
Bubba Watson isn’t quite ready to trade in his prized General Lee, but he is going to update it:
All men ARE created equal, I believe that so I will be painting the American flag over the roof of the General Lee #USA

Maybe I’m being nit-picky, but if he’s going to paint the American flag on top of the car, shouldn’t he paint “General Grant” over the windows instead of “General Lee,” too?
Maybe I’m digging too deep here.
Either way, it’s a nice gesture from Watson.
