Callaway Big Bertha V Series Driver Coming

The Callaway Big Bertha made it’s comeback this last year with a bang.  Fans of the old Big Bertha drivers were excited to see the re-birth from Callaway in 2014.  Well it’s time to get excited again if you are a Callaway Big Bertha fan.  The new Big Bertha V Series driver just hit the USGA Conforming Club List.

Callaway Golf has not released any information regarding the new driver but if history repeats itself, I’m sure it will be a hit amongst Callaway Golf club fans.

From looking at the photo it appears there will be no internal weighting system like the latest Big Bertha.  It also looks like Callaway is going for a more sleek and classic look rather than the hyped up red and blue from the 2014 model.  Yes the photo is a bit grainy and is black and white, but you can tell it’s not as flashy.  The looks seem pretty simple compared to what Callaway has released in the past few years, which I like.

It will be interesting to see what technology is behind the new Big Bertha V Series.  It’s only a matter of time when we start seeing them pushed out to the tour players.

Did you have a chance to try out the 2014 Big Bertha drivers?  Tell us what you thought.
