Taylormade RocketBallz HP Irons Review | Quick Look

Taylormade’s RocketBallz HP irons are made for distance, feel, and accuracy.  These irons provide more distance with every club.  Sound too good to be true?  Taylormade engineered the RocketBallz HP irons with exceptional technology that will help any golfer improve their iron game.

  • Sound system
  • 2 piece metal-wood
  • Toe-bar
  • Individually engineered
  • Inverted cone technology
  • ATV sole on wedges

The HP irons were made with ultra-thin faces.  The thin face will allow flexibility during impact which will increase the COR to the USGA limit.  This will improve ball speed and ultimately increase distance.  Taylormade has improved feel and sound by implementing a sound control system in these irons to help with the vibration during impact.

Low irons can be difficult to hit.  Taylormade has made it easier by making the 3 through 5 iron a two piece metal-wood.  This metal-wood design allows the club to have lower CG.  Even on mis-hits, the ball will still have distance and accuracy.

The RocketBallz HP irons will also allow you to hit the ball straighter!  The new toe-bar technology, located at the upper-toe area, controls the flex of the face to improve accuracy.  Taylormade has engineered each of these irons individually for proper launch angle, ball-speed, and spin-rate.  These irons are also made with an inverted cone clubface.  This expands the COR which will increase consistency and distance on those off-center hits.

The wedges are made with a new ATV sole.  This sole will allow playability and versatility from a variety of lies.

I would recommend these irons to any golfer that needs help with distance.  The RocketBallz HP irons were designed and engineered to provide distance with a great feel.  With the metal-wood construction, these irons would be a good fit for a golfer that struggles with those long approach shots.  These irons have a great look with the green
