Golf Course Review: Links of Lake Bernadette

Links of Lake Bernadette,  Zephyrhills, Florida.

The Links of Lake Bernadette is a semi-private golf club located just north of Tampa in Zephyrhills Florida. The course was designed by Dean Refram and opened in 1983. The course has earned major bragging rights the last three years as they were named the GOLD WINNER Best of East & Central Pasco Golf Course 3 years in a row (2010, 2011, 2012).

Now you may look at the score card and think that the tips at almost 6500 yards will be easy. You would be wrong. The course is set up to challenge all levels of players. There are large fairway bunkers for risk and reward. There plenty wooded areas with trees that hang over into the fairways. If that does not make you think twice the water hazard just might. If you are looking to challenge your skills this is the place for you. If you are new and just want to play the red tees are for you. Not to say that they are easy. They will keep you on your game.

If you are looking for a nice course and great value in Florida, The Links of Lake Bernadette is it. Play and enjoy the beauty and wild life. You never know what you might see. When you’re done they have a club house with great food. Want a hotdog or a sandwich no worries, they have good quality food.
