As I have stated many times before Titleist is a brand of club that is generally steered towards the higher skilled players, and I have a feeling that the 909 F2/F3 Fairway Woods will begin to get that sort of reputation after a little longer in circuit. While they are certainly high quality clubs that give the user exactly what they are expecting, some of the aspects of the clubs make it a little more difficult for lower skilled players to fully grasp the abilities of the club. That being said, just like almost any other Titleist club the 909 F2/F3 Fairway Woods are fantastic clubs that will perform admirably on the course.

The design of the Titleist 909 F2/F3 Fairway Wood is unique in itself, and is clearly built with a purpose. It features a factory-installed weight screw in the sole that helps move the center of gravity deeper and allows for a more precise swingweight. It can also be used with a variety of customizable shafts, giving the user a very confident feeling that allows them to make the club their own.
Overall the size of these particular fairway woods from Titleist aren't going to overpower anybody. They are a relatively small series of clubs, yet that doesn't stop them from packing a powerful punch. Titleist rarely puts forth a club that doesn't feature plenty of power, and this set of fairway woods is no exception.
One of the downsides of the Titleist 909 F2/F3 Fairway Woods are the low angle loft that it produces. Many players argued that a higher loft would increase their satisfaction with the club, but that simply isn't the case with this series. If and when you purchase these clubs you are already well aware that they aren't going to give you the amount of loft that other clubs may, but since they are directed towards higher skilled players this shouldn't come as that immense a surprise.
