The triangular shaped 907D1 driver features an aluminum bore-through hosel and sleeve, which serves to better attach the shaft to the clubhead. This provides added stability and strength, two things that all golfers recognize as necessities. This also kills the paranoia golfers sometimes feel when they are afraid they might accidentally pull the hosel sleeve when trying to change shafts. The Titleist 907D1 also utilizes a "Traditional Geometry Circle" that helps the club blend higher MOI with workability. This is going to make the overall use of the Titleist 907D1 much more pleasurable for the golfer.

This triangular driver from Titleist is a solid addition to their prestigious set of equipment, and it is performs about as well as any other similarly constructed driver. The shaft of this particular driver is slightly heavier than most, obviously making it a little heavier but also a bit sturdier in you hands. The Titleist 907D1 driver is a sleek, pulled back club that maximizes performance through its dimensions and specifications. The distance that the driver can provide is impressive indeed, and needless to say can put some distance between you and the competition, literally. However, my favorite aspect of the Titleist 907D1 driver was the level of forgiveness that it provided. Most drivers fail to deliver both the power and forgiveness that Titleist has squeezed into this particular club.
Overall I would say that Titleist has lived up to its reputation, but also gone away from it in a fairly successful way. By avoiding tradition and seeking innovation they have proven themselves as an industry elite, and the Titleist 907D1 driver might carry them into the future.
