Once payment clears, the item will be shipped to a confirmed paypal address only.
If you do not checkout with Channel Advisor, your order may be delayed or be processed incorrectly (you can still pay with Paypal using Channel Advisor, it's just how we process orders). If you have special instructions for your order, please communicate them to us via email.
Customer Service Policy:
If the item you receive does not match the item you purchased or if there is a problem with your order, please email us at questions@bunkersparadise.com with the problem within 2 days of receiving the order. Please put "Problem with Order" in the Subject Line of the email, and we will take care of the discrepancy as soon as possible. We will provide a full refund including shipping costs if the problem is our fault. If the problem is not our fault there is a 20% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. In order to honor any return, we must receive the item within 2 weeks of notifying us of the problem. Items advertised with dents, rattles, or have been repainted are sold as is, and cannot be returned.
