They have not been constructed for the eager amateur looking to prove himself on the course. The Nike CCi Forged Irons are built with better players in mind, and have been fashioned for high amounts of feel, workability, and a piercing trajectory that are built to take a good player and make them better. An inexperienced amateur will find more frustration from the Nike CCi Forged Irons than they will improvement on their game. Nike generally produces clubs that have pleasant aesthetics, and the CCi Forged Irons are no exception. While they don't have the type of innovation or design that is going to blow anybody away, they are still great looking irons that emit a professionally styled appearance. The CCi irons are forged from 1025 Carbon Steel and have been constructed particularly to provide pleasing feedback. The feedback from this particular set of irons is a tad firmer and harsher than most, but many golfers prefer this form of feedback.
The sweet spot on the Nike CCi Forged Irons is smaller than other such irons, hence the need for more skilled players when using this particular club. This particular club is also not as forgiving as say a Titleist or other, more user-friendly manufacturer.
