Manufacturer: Cleveland
Released: February 1, 2007
The “XL” should speak for itself as the Cleveland HiBORE XL now hits bigger, longer and straighter than the original HiBORE by taking advantage in advances of Cleveland’s Distance Driven Geometry. Add to this the high Moment of Inertia along with the deeper center of gravirty and you have a driver that increases the stability of off-center shots that results in longer and straighter shots from more spots on the the club face.
Key Features:
- Full Face Performance - aligns the sweet spot and COR Hotspot to produce the best launch conditions possible over a larger area of the club face that results in an efficient transfer of energy that maximizes ball-speed over the entire clubface.
- Center of Gravity Projection - By rearranging the geometry of the club in relation to the center of gravity, the HiBORE ensure’s the hot spot to be in the center of the face to maximize launch conditions for greater overall distance.
- Two Shaft Fitting System - Cleveland worked exclusively with Fujikara to ensure proper fitting and optimum performance for both the HiBORE XL and XL Tour Drivers.

I have owned this driver for 2 months and I do not want to get rid of it! I have used many other drivers by Cleveland such as the Launcher 460 Comp and regular Hybore. This driver is much more forgiving and longer than any other driver I have hit. I like how it comes with two different shaft options. I highly recommend this club.
