If you're a dedicated golfer you are aware of the Big Bertha collection, one of the most prominent and popular series of drivers ever produced by Callaway. When I first heard the rumors that Callaway believed the X460 could trump the Big Bertha I was extremely skeptical, but after giving it a try I realized that they may actually be on to something. Callaway changed the design and technology, even adding an extra six cubic centimeters to the X460, all in an attempt to make it the best possible driver out there. Combine that with the new, more advanced sole and I am beginning to think that they may have a legitimate argument.

Callaway has never been the type of brand to introduce outlandish new styles of technology, as they generally tend to stick to the basics. One of the biggest trends recently in the world of drivers has been the shifting around of weight throughout the club head. That is one of the main selling points of the Callaway X460, as the engineers at Callaway are promoting this pretty intently. The shifting of the weight for this particular club was done purely to increase the moment of inertia and give the user the optimum level of performance and forgiveness.
One of my favorite features of the Callaway X460 driver was its appearance. It is a beautiful black metallic shine that gives off an aura of professionalism. I think that the X460 is one of the best looking and highest performing drivers I have used in a long time, and it definitely is worthy of the comparisons between itself and Callaway's previous driver, the Big Bertha.
