Callaway drives it straight down the fairway with the RAZR Hawk Tour Driver with the use of forged composite, which is a new method of forging carbon fiber that was co-developed with engineers from Laborghini. This new technology allows Callaway Club Makers the abilities to control exactly the thickness of the driver walls, so that these engineers can specify which parts of the driver need to be thicker or thinner to maximize distance and control.
By far one of our favorite clubs to hit as each ball seemed to travel further and further, especially when the club was dialed in to the 46" shaft length. As with most Callaway drivers, the sweet spot on the face of the club is rather large to where even the toe and heel area offer the player the ability to stay in play. Speaking of old Callaway drivers, the RAZR Hawk offers an improved feel over the past Callaway composite drivers with it's stability at all points of the swing due to it's head heavy feel. Once the ball is struck, it seems as if there was a spring behind the face to help go along with the low pitch crack of the strike.
