Just as I noted when writing my review for the Diablo Hybrids, Callaway is a brand that is always looking to update and improve their clubs. The FT-IZ is no exception to this rule as they have increased its workability and overall performance from the previous model. It has a much higher resistance to twisting during impact, resulting in straighter, more consistent shots.
To really put this club into proper perspective consider this, the MOI (Moment of Inertia) of the Callaway FT-IZ Hybrids is about the same as some of the drivers Callaway released in 2002. This means you are getting remarkable amounts of distance and power from a hybrid club, something that many users are sure to appreciate.
The appearance of the Callaway FT-IZ Hybrids is not what you would normally expect from a hybrid club. It features a triangular shaped clubhead that really allows the user to feel the club slicing through the air on your swing. The downside of this particular club is its size, as it is rather large. However, when it comes to performance and overall specifications the Callaway FT-IZ Hybrid is a great club that is high-performing and very user-friendly.
