Incorrect Item Received
If you have received the incorrect product, please call 1-818-787-8431 within seven (7) business days, and we will either replace the product,or refund your full purchase price including shipping.
Inadvertent Misrepresentation
If you feel that we have misrepresented an item, please call customer service to make arrangements for a return. Once we receive the product, we will reevaluate the item, and determine if there in fact was a listing error. If an error was made our part, we will issue a full refund, including shipping within 24 hours of receipt of the item.
Warranty Issues
We do not place a warranty above and beyond the manufacturers warranty on any club we sell. If the club was damaged during shipping, we have the ability to file with UPS and either replace the club or refund the full purchase price including shipping. You have 2 business days from the arrival of the to inspect it and contact us with any problems. After this time period, the sale is final.

Damage in Shipping
Sometimes golf clubs are damaged in shipping. If this situation arises please call please call customer service, and we will be happy to file a claim on your behalf. There are several options available to the customer when this happens, just call us, and we will be more than happy to work with you in order to come to the best possible resolution
