TaylorMade RocketBallz Used by Retief Goosen

TECHNOLOGIES: The hollow-headed long irons (3-5) have a two-piece  construction with thin, lively 455 Carpenter Steel face to boost ball speed. “Inverted Cone” face technology also contributes to faster ball speeds and  distance on off-center hits. The stiffer upper toe area of the face controls  flexion so shots fly toward their target, as opposed to right of the  target.
PLAYABILITY: Shots can be shaped gently  in either direction, although a high, straight flight normally prevails; long  irons are easy to hit and more workable than hybrids.

ACCURACY/FORGIVENESS:  As forgiving as they come due to generous sweet zone and wide sole; shots  typically fly straight, even on mis-hits. DISTANCE CONTROL: One-half to one full club  longer than some testers’ own irons; maintains distance on mis-hits as well as  any club in its class.  Mid- and  long irons borrow from hybrid technology, so they are friendly to hit.
If you are looking for a game improvement club, this may be the club for you.
